Mahasa Khadir

Team Leader

Self-described as a modest and humble leader, Mahasa Khadir has worked her way up through Keller Williams. Starting as the Director of First Impressions, followed by serving as the Transaction Coordinator, she moved into the role of Agents Services Director, before being promoted to Assistant Team Leader and eventually the Team Leader of the Keller Williams Temecula Market Center. With all that Keller Williams experience she’s able to provide a wealth of information to anyone. 

  

“I love meeting and getting to know agents.” The agents Mahasa meets with, typically have real estate sales experience, but are not getting the results and income they desire. “I have a knack for putting people quickly at ease,” Mahasa shares. “That makes it easier to find out what’s prevented them from reaching the success they have only dreamed about.” Mahasa asks questions that help her determine the missing element(s). “Then I provide ‘the success prescription’ the agent needs using the Keller Williams systems and models. 

  

Mahasa’s “prescriptions” are working. In 2018 alone, she provided 132 agents what they needed and welcomed them into the Temecula office. 

  

When asked what’s the one thing that has helped her be so successful as a team leader, she answered without hesitation, “That’s easy! The unwavering support from my OP (Operating Principal). The agents at the Keller Williams Temecula Market Center receive that same unwavering support from Mahasa Khadir.

Today Rick leads as the General Manager of Keller William market centers in Temecula, Riverside and Norco. He also continues to train, coach and mentor and he is ready to help you achieve your dreams in real estate.

Since a young age, Yvonne Agnew knew she wanted to be a teacher. So how did she wind up in real estate? “I enjoy helping others learn and grow.” Real estate gave her that opportunity.  

Since 2003 she’s been helping people in the military and people facing short sales reach their goals. Within five years, Yvonne began teaching other real estate agents to help them learn how to grow productive real estate careers. 

Yvonne obtained her broker’s license in 2016 and today Yvonne serves as a Broker Associate at the Keller Williams Temecula Valley market center. 

When not working, you’ll find Yvonne gardening or volunteering to help the local community learn and grow.
