MEET OUR EXPERIENCED TEAM

Brian Erhahon
Team LeaderRelocating from London as a young boy, Brian Erhahon has lived most of his life in Southern California. He grew up watching his father work as a real estate agent which gave Brian a different perspective of the industry from most people who pursue it as a career.
After obtaining his license in 2010, Brian joined Keller Wiliams. “Although my father provided me with knowledge and support throughout my career, it was my observations, training experiences and Keller Williams’ supportive culture that encouraged me to ‘think big’.”
Brian thrives on inspiring, educating and providing people with the same support and opportunity he experienced. From the beginning of his career, he knew he wanted to create a real estate team. In 2014, he created that team: Real Estate Service Professionals. The team focuses on what is best for the clients.
Recently Brian has taken his commitment to the industry further. He serves as the President of the Southern California Chapter of Keller Williams Young Professionals, a member of the Agent Leadership Council, the Chairperson of the Growth Committee, and now as the office Team Leader of the North Tustin Keller Williams brokerage – a market center with over 250 licensed associates that is ranked in the top 1.5% of brokerages in Orange County.
“My passion is inspiring and helping real estate sales people become business owners and build better lives through continuous training and coaching that allows them to offer a higher level of service to their clients utilizing systems, models, and technology.

Sara Campbell
Director of GrowthThe desire to encourage, inspire and help others reach their goals in an environment that allows for face-to-face interaction is what drives Sara Campbell.
From the day she began working as the Director of First Impressions at the Keller Williams office in Tustin, she realized this is what she’d been looking for.
Sara loves making the connections with the people and the challenge of learning about the many tools KW offers its agents to help them be successful.
Within a year and a half, Sara was given an opportunity to move into the role of Director of Growth. In this position, she recruits and orients new people to the business and assists the productivity coach. “I love the teamwork and collaboration,” Sara says. Now her resourcefulness, upbeat personality, and dedication to help others reach their goals is being fully utilized. “I love the ability to encourage, share and teach…and I get to do it every day.”

Yatri Shukla
Agent | InstructorOrganized, motivated and dedicated are three adjectives that describe instructor, Yatri Shukla. Yatri delivers powerful training based on her proven experience as a teach for nearly 20 years. Before beginning her real estate career with Keller Williams in 2015, she worked as a science teacher at a middle school. She supervised group and individual instructions, promoted applications of concepts and provided instruction using diverse learning modalities which won her numerous awards.
Yatri joined Keller Williams (in Tustin) as a real estate agent in 2015. Since that time, she’s continued to teach by delivering presentations and guest lectures at Chapman University on career opportunities in the real estate industry for undergraduates.
Because Yatri is well versed in how to effectively teach to reach all learning styles, her programs have something for everyone pursuing or renewing their real estate licenses.
