Sean MurphyTeam Leader
Before beginning his long career in real estate, Sean Patrick Murphy had already obtained a widely varied background learning many skills including being a Navy Helicopter Lead Aircrew and an Awarded Airborne Rescue Swimmer, retail sales manager and a designer and creative artist for an internationally acclaimed fine art design firm.
When Sean decided to make a change, he obtained his broker’s license and began his real estate career. The year was 2004. Since that time, he has worked with a few different brokerages, including ten years at his own (Blue Tide Realty). Throughout the years, he’s continually received awards for top sales and provided technology training.
After ten years in the business, Sean joined the Keller Williams Carlsbad/North County market center as the Team Leader. Since then, with his diversified skill sets covering administrative support, coaching and training, client relations, writing, human resources & recruiting, account management, project management, and contract negotiations, Sean has also served as a broker associate with the Bruce Levin Homes Team of Keller Williams in Carlsbad and a Productivity Coach at the Carmel Valley Keller Williams market center.
Today, Sean serves as the Team Leader/CEO of the #1 KW real estate office in Southern California - KW Carmel Valley Market Center leading 450+ agents who are producing $1.3 billion dollars in annual sales. Because Sean also trained through MAPS, the #1 coaching program in the world, prior to being a Productivity Coach, this allows him to offer the best training and coaching in the industry.

Over her career, Ginni has served as EVP Leadership Development for an International Real Estate Franchise Sales Company, and branch manager for multiple real estate franchises in two states.
Ginni continues to teach National Association of REALTORS® designation and certification programs for real estate associations throughout the United States. She also works with small real estate companies in consulting relationships and with real estate professionals in one-on-one coaching.
She began her real estate career in the mid-80s in Connecticut as a sales associate and was recruited to manage for a multi-office real estate firm in January of 1989 remaining in branch management for major real estate companies until 2009.
Ginni has been a real estate and life coach as well as mentor since 1990. She feels her greatest asset is her ability to connect to her clients and help them discover their greatest potential. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals.
As a real estate consultant, Ginni has worked with company leadership at a number of real estate companies helping them grow their businesses through strategic implementation of systems, structure and organizational plans. She is also often called upon for California Bureau of Real Estate compliance audits for multiple business models including property management, commercial real estate and residential real estate branch office management. Still a practicing REALTOR®, Ginni has worked with clients from high-end multi-million dollar properties through properties under $100,000.

Named Faculty of the Year, Phil Gibbs has been helping others succeed through teaching undergrad and grad level courses in leadership, negotiation, and economics at the business school of the University of Phoenix for a decade. Five of those years, he’s also performed as Lead Faculty Area Chair.
After obtaining his Master’s in Business Administration, focusing on finance, from Abilene Christian University, Phil began his career working as a financial consultant. Within a few years he moved into the role of bank Vice President where he spent over ten years, serving three different banks. It was during this time he also began teaching.
With the start of 2015, he decided to switch careers and quickly became a highly successful real estate professional earning a 5-star rating on Zillow. Phil attributes his success to his unwavering drive, originality and creative approach toward opportunities and his commitment to serving his clients’ needs.

Oops…here it is in quotes below. It doesn’t mention anything about teaching including something about me teaching undergrad and grad level leadership, negotiation, and economics in the business school at University of Phoenix for nine years might make sense. Not sure if you want to include awards or title from UOP but if you think it’s appropriate, I was the Rookie of the Year for Southern CA my first year, faculty of the year two years later and for five years served as Lead Faculty Area Chair which included managing and mentoring 20 – 24 faculty members at any given time.

Julie brings over 16 years of experience facilitating the licensing process for numerous Real Estate Agents and Brokers. “I am passionate about being a reliable resource for students. Seeing a student quickly go into productivity is my reward,” says the Lead Instructor at KW Real Estate Schools, Inc. Her passion, methods and extensive experience have proven to increase the passing rates for students on their first attempt.
Julie has developed two real estate school and is also the main facilitator of the online "Facebook Forum".
When not working, snow skiing, scuba diving and traveling keep Julie busy.
